dinlediler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z \u015eakir Kaya a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda sorunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, personeldeki aidiyet duygusu, emekli personelimizin \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131, lojmanlar\u0131n durumu ve kira yard\u0131m\u0131 ile yakla\u015fan promosyon d\u00f6nemi, harc\u0131rah t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn STK&#8217;lar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak d\u00fczenlenmesi gerekti\u011fi, Hat Bak\u0131m Onar\u0131m Memurlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n arazi tazminat\u0131 ve unvan sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na de\u011finerek s\u00f6z\u00fc ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131za b\u0131rakt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131z Dr.Ahmet Sancak \u015eANLI taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan sunumda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar halinde verilen konular \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay karar metnine dahil edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konu edilen ana konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Bak\u0131m personelimizin g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen mevzuat\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi i\u00e7in en k\u0131sa zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r, personelimiz i\u00e7in yarg\u0131lama, tazminatlar ve do\u011fal afetler nedeniyle ortaya ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak maliyetleri kar\u015f\u0131layan mesleki sorumluluk sigortas\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Bak\u0131m personelimizin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 g\u00fcvencesi ile tedavi masraflar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda korunmalar\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) H\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k olaylar\u0131nda bak\u0131m personelimizin \u015fikayet\u00e7i de\u011fil tan\u0131k olarak s\u00fcrece dahil edilmesi ve bu olaylarda kurumumuzun avukat g\u00f6revlendirmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hususunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) Demiryolu hatlar\u0131nda gezinen 3. \u015fah\u0131slara ve \u00e7e\u015fitli hayvanlara bak\u0131m personelimiz d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki uygun birimler taraf\u0131ndan m\u00fcdahale edilmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) Hat Bak\u0131m Onar\u0131m Memuru personelimizin teknik hizmetler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na dahil edilmesi, b\u00f6ylece a\u00e7\u0131k arazi tazminat\u0131 almalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, ayn\u0131 riske maruz kalan ancak farkl\u0131 \u00f6demeler alan personelimizin a\u00e7\u0131k arazi tazminatlar\u0131ndaki makas\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6) Ta\u015frada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis ve teknik \u015fef personelimizin 20 g\u00fcnl\u00fck kotay\u0131 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde doldurdu\u011fu, 3 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in toplamda 20 g\u00fcn olarak \u00f6denen A\u00e7\u0131k Arazi \u00f6demesindeki 20 g\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7) Fiili durumda turne g\u00f6revleri ve sorumluluklar\u0131 eksilmeden devam eden Demiryolu Bak\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcrlerimizin ayda 6 defa olarak s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde \u00f6denen turne tazminat\u0131 kotas\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8) Personelin s\u0131k\u00e7a ma\u011fdur oldu\u011fu lojman hususunda, 7\/24 g\u00f6revli bak\u0131m personelimize \u00f6ncelik sa\u011flanacak \u015fekilde tahsis \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, alternatif olarak lojmandan yararlanamayan personelimiz i\u00e7in kira yard\u0131m\u0131 verilmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9) %70 seviyelerine yakla\u015fan vekalet, tedviren g\u00f6revlendirme durumunun azalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6revde y\u00fckselme s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131n takvime ba\u011flanmas\u0131 ve haz\u0131rlanacak takvimin personele ilanen tebli\u011f edilmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r, as\u0131l personel belirleninceye kadar vekil personelin ayn\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10) KEB al\u0131m\u0131nda esas al\u0131nan sa\u011fl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n saha ve g\u00f6rev ger\u00e7eklerine uygun olarak yeniden belirlenmesi, grup d\u00fc\u015fme uygulamas\u0131nda personelimizin tecr\u00fcbe ve bilgi birikiminden yararlanacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11) Kurumumuzda aidiyet duygusunun geli\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Bak\u0131m Dairesi taraf\u0131ndan yasal mevzuat\u0131 tamamlanan sabit tesislere, \u015fehit olmu\u015f ya da demiryollar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli hizmetlerde bulunmu\u015f personelin isminin verilmesi sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12) Gelir vergisi diliminin %15 oran\u0131nda sabitlenmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r, yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada bu durum g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13) M\u00fchendis ve Teknik \u015eef aras\u0131ndaki denge tazminat\u0131 e\u015fitlenmesi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14) Harc\u0131rah T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00fcncellenerek yolluklar ve tazminatlar g\u00fcn\u00fcn ekonomik ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re yeniden d\u00fczenlenmelidir.
